THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTION
IS CONTROLLED BY 9 KEY STEPS

STEP 1:
LABORATORY TEST OF RAW MATERIALS

All raw components arriving at the NOVACORE plant for the production of premixes, are tested in our own modern production and testing laboratory. Raw investigated as to the content or activity declared in the accompanying certificates of quality indicators of the components and for additional security settings.

STEP 2:
RECEIVING RAW MATERIALS IN STORAGE

After approval of the laboratory at the reception of raw materials, the latter is applied to one of the warehouses of raw land through auto reception and reception of raw container:

• Removal of metallic inclusions;
• Screening materials - removing large fractions;
• serial grinding of each individual component with flexible configuration screens, suction force, PID-control.

On the site receiving container raw materials used dock- shelters that provide good reception in all weather conditions and the dock-leveler, to receive any kind of transport.

STEP 3:
SPECIAL STORAGE OF RAW MATERIALS

Warehouse layout allows you to streamline warehousing products and visually distinguish between the various components of the storage area. The quarantine zone is used to perform the necessary actions on product safety. Many sensitive components (vitamins, enzymes, etc.) require special temperature and humidity during storage, and for such components are special camera with climate control, which ensures maximum preservation of stability of active substances as raw materials, and already in finished product.

STEP 4:
MULTILAYERED DEFENSE SYSTEM

The plant NOVACORE introduced multilevel protection system against failures through the presence of a bar coding and magnetic locks. Each packing unit of raw material (bag, big-bag) marked with a special barcode, and filling all seats on storage areas are equipped with components barcode scanners and magnetic locks, as well as computer control system for the completion of assigned storage locations. Automation system simply will not allow to prevent failures and errors in filling components. As a result, errors due to the "human factor" virtually eliminated.

STEP 5:
DOSING

The NOVACORE plant equipped with unique equipment from more than 20 European suppliers, allowing to carry out high-precision (precision) and rapid dosing, which provides the desired composition of the components in the mixture.

The system maintains control protocols for each dosing mixing, and has technical features such as: Simultaneous dosing components;
Application antistatic tape for sample collection;
These features speed up the process and eliminate the loss as a consequence of food sticks.
Micro components are dosed carefully. Each bin has a precision balance. The system eliminates the reverse plumb "overdose." Precision metering valves is provided as well, "ejector" and shakers. Key elements hoppers are made of stainless steel.

STEP 6:
TRANSPORTATION DOSED COMPONENTS

Micro-components and components of the dosing medium is transported to the mixer with innovative systems Quick-Lift. It provides a rapid rise in batches of the mixer. Its unique design Quick-Lift, contamination (unwanted substances from entering the mixer and in the finished product, respectively), is practically impossible. This system provides an intermediate weight control all dosed components.

Equipment designed to move the material under its own weight from the top down. This system consists of gravity pipes, valves, regulators and valves, which transported the bulk cargo. Gravity flow equipment, in spite of all its simplicity, has a rather complex structure and carefully calculated, since the slightest error in the calculations, the material can not move through the pipes. That is why the manufacturer has paid due attention to the production system to perform accurate calculations and using high quality materials and equipment. It is noteworthy that gravity segment mounted on the straps. This ensures easy replacement of individual elements if necessary, ease of cleaning and the ability to find the right angle for good flowability.

STEP 7:
MIXER

Key feature of such a multicomponent product quality premix, is the uniform mixing. To obtain a homogeneous mixture at the plant NOVACORE a special premix blade, uniaxial mixer capacity of 2500 liters. Its pendulum blades provide intensive vortex mixing. The unit made of stainless steel, has no "dead" zones. It is ideal for mixing heavy and prone to clumping products. The optimal time for mixing - 5 minutes. Mixing accuracy 1:100000 or 1 gram per 1 ton.

Check weighing systems and protection against ingress into finished products allow production of large fractions of the highest quality product. Sieving lumps diameter greater than 4 mm is a must-process technology.

Control each batch produced accurate weights are under mixer. After the end of the mixing process is taken from each batch laboratory sample. For this sampler operates turret performing this procedure automatically.

STEP 8:
AUTOMATIC PACKING

For the packaging of finished products, the plant is equipped with a robotic packaging line which provides high accuracy filling bags product. High performance. To minimize the risk of errors. Packaging line ARODO produced in Belgian is the best filling equipment for today. The process of packing bags of feed to the stacking on pallets fully automated and able to pack up to 10 tons per hour.

"Eternal" Sewing machines Union Special bag sews at a rate of up to 2 thousand stitches per minute, providing a reliable product packaging.

STEP 9:
AUTOMATION SYSTEM

Each bag is marked with individual barcode, allowing powerful automated information management system of production processes through the plant to carry out tracking of the production process from raw materials to packaging of receiving the finished product (System Tracking & Tracing). Data on each bag of the finished product is stored in the information system for 3 years.

Automation system also provides control over all process, 100% integration between the calculation of recipes and production in accordance with the requirements of European production practices.
